A casserole is a special cooking dish made from clay soil where dishes are cooked with its own unique flavor. Stews may be suitable for use on January or in ways you can use in the oven. It can be produced in the form of single-serving cooking pots or in large sizes. Whichever one you prefer to cook, you can get the same flavor in all of them. Stews, which we have seen widely used and produced in some regions, continue to be preferred with the flavour they give to the food. Even in our homes, everyone has one casserole in their kitchen. Those who are used to the flavour of the dish cooked in these special containers prefer stew dishes more.

Dishes cooked in stew

You can cook all kinds of white and red meat dishes, pulses, vegetable dishes, soups, seafood, even rice in the stew. There are ladies who even make cakes in casserole. Because they are made of soil, the food they cook in is different in flavor. You should use low heat when making a casserole dish, whether on January or in the oven. Cooked at a low temperature, it takes a while for the dishes to get ready. This is why ladies sometimes laze, preferring alternatives where they will cook their meals in short order, such as pressure cookers. In this case they deprive themselves of these delicious meals. If you have the time, we recommend that you make casserole dishes.

How should casserole be used?

There are two types of stews made from soil on sale. One of these is the glazed one and the other is the unglazed one. The inner surface of glazed casseroles is coated with liquid, some substances that do not melt when in contact with food. As these substances may contain harmful substances such as lead, we do not recommend that you choose them. So when you want to buy a casserole, you have to be careful what its inner coating is. Do not prefer the ones that are transparent and bright inside. The other stew, which is unglazed, is offered for sale in its most natural form. But you need to subject these stews to some processing on first use. Wipe the casserole with a cloth without ever using it. In this, put the appropriate amount of oil in the length of the casserole. Usually 100-200 grams of fat will do. Meanwhile, heat up your oven a little. If your oil is solid oil, just wait in the oven until the oil melts. If you are going to use liquid oil, heating the oil is enough to complete the process. Then remove the casserole from the oven. Take it to the kitchen counter and soak the oil in the casserole with a cloth. In this way, the casserole should be left for 1-2 hours. Then wash with hot water to complete the process. This should be done in the first use of the stew. This is not necessary in later uses.

If the casserole is to be used on the stove, it should be used with the lid closed over low heat. You can close the aluminum foil in your mouth while making a stew dish in the oven. But delicious stew dishes can be cooked in the oven even with the mouth open. One of the issues to note, whether on the stove or in the oven used casseroles when hot cold do not place on the ground. You should always take it on a saucepan pad or a dry cloth. Because the difference between hot and cold can cause the casserole to crack. Also, when you cook a casserole, you should not leave any leftovers in it. Stews should not be used as a protection vessel. If the casserole’s leaking, it’s got a crack. You shouldn’t use these casseroles either.
