But you need to subject these stews to some processing on first use. Wipe the casserole with a cloth without ever using it. In this, put the appropriate amount of oil in the length of the casserole. Usually 100-200 grams of fat will do. Meanwhile, heat up your oven a little. If your oil is solid oil, just wait in the oven until the oil melts. If you are going to use liquid oil, heating the oil is enough to complete the process. Then remove the casserole from the oven. Take it to the kitchen counter and soak the oil in the casserole with a cloth. In this way, the casserole should be left for 1-2 hours. Then wash with hot water to complete the process. This should be done in the first use of the stew. This is not necessary in later uses.
If the casserole is to be used on the stove, it should be used with the lid closed over low heat. You can close the aluminum foil in your mouth while making a stew dish in the oven.
